Basecamp specialise in producing quality, handmade salami and small goods using traditional smoking methods. Basecamp manufacture venison salamis, smoked sausage and biersticks for the retail market using MAF certified, free range wild venison. Five different flavours: Pepperoni, Garlic, Chilli and Juniper. All products are gluten free.
